We believe in creating a good environment for the sales team.  We offer hourly pay, plus high commission of each sale.  Also, we have bi-weekly bonuses, employee of the month and special events for our team. We offer all this to ensure the employee will be motivated and keep up with the standards of our customer service requirements.
